Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team in Cupertino, CA. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care, values teamwork, and takes pride in promoting excellent oral health.

You will play an important role in creating a comfortable patient experience while delivering preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Take and review dental radiographs as needed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive treatment
• Identify and communicate oral health concerns to dentists and patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols
• Deliver exceptional patient care in a professional and compassionate manner

Qualifications

• Active California Dental Hygienist license is required
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
• Prior dental hygiene experience preferred but not required
