Retail Development CoordinatorOur client, a media entertainment company, is looking for a Retail Development Coordinator to join their team! This will be an onsite role working out of their office in NYC. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3 years in the licensing industry and 2 years working directly with retail platforms.Role Overview:Contract Role: 6 monthsPay: $29.61/hr on W2Responsibilities:Partner with management to execute Amazon retail strategies, develop cross-portfolio initiatives, and support franchise-specific programs, seasonal campaigns, and content launches.Collaborate with licensees to manage product information (ASIN setup, listings, availability), maintain comprehensive trackers and sales reports, and assist with Amazon Brand Registry onboarding.Work closely with internal teams (Retail Marketing, Licensing, Franchise, Data Analytics, Creative) and external partners to align on campaign timelines, assets, and execution.Coordinate retail marketing programs, asset submissions, and promotional details while helping prepare business recaps, retailer presentations, and strategy materials.Conduct marketplace and competitive research on consumer and product trends while providing general administrative and project management support.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) along with 2-3 years in the licensing industry and 1-2 years working directly with Amazon Retail platforms (Vendor Central, Seller Central, etc.).Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.Strong written and verbal communication skills to build collaborative working relationships across internal and external teams.Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) and comfort working with data.A keen interest in entertainment, pop culture, and consumer products, paired with resourcefulness in identifying emerging retail and market trends.The Solomon Page Distinction Solomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
