Description - Your Contributions

• Review results for discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all processes, assist in training newcomers, and uphold rigorous lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while following all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent qualification alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification throughout your tenure.
