What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care to patients scheduled for ambulatory or outpatient surgery.
• Assess patients pre-operatively, ensuring all necessary documentation and preparations are completed.
• Coordinate patient care plans and communicate effectively with surgical teams.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to changing conditions.
• Assist with patient education regarding procedures and recovery expectations.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards, state regulations, and facility policies.
• Document all nursing activities accurately and promptly in patient records.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active RN license in Kansas or ability to obtain license
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong patient assessment and communication skills
