Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $29.00 to $43.00 (based on education and experience)

What You'll Do:

• Provide professional nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Support patient and family education
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and caring environment for patients

What You Need:

• Current Kansas RN license and BLS certification
• No minimum years of experience required; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
