Information Technology Support Specialist

Looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical support to employees across a New York HQ and a global remote workforce. Working closely with the IT Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, ensuring employees have the equipment, software, and access they need to work effectively and securely. This is an on-site opportunity to join a growing IT function, work closely with senior leadership, and help build scalable processes within a fast-paced startup environment. What You'll Be Responsible For Provide first-line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, access, and connectivity issues. Manage device deployment, maintenance, inventory, and equipment shipments. Oversee software licences, user access, and employee onboarding/offboarding. Support conference room AV, meetings, and company events. Troubleshoot basic network issues and escape where necessary. Document solutions and improve IT processes as the team scales. What They're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience, ideally within a startup or SaaS environment. Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, or similar tools. Experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Entra ID, or Active Directory. Confidence troubleshooting hardware, software, AV equipment, and basic networking issues. Experience managing IT equipment, inventory, and shipments to remote employees. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support. The ability to prioritise competing requests and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
