Inventory Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, stored, and organized within the warehouse.
• Track inventory movements, transfers, and adjustments.
• Collaborate with receiving, shipping, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Generate inventory reports and provide data to management as needed.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist with warehouse projects and process improvements as assigned.
