About the Role:

As a Food Service Supervisor on Weekends, you will be responsible for leading our food service team on weekends, ensuring that meals are prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.

Food Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise food service staff on weekends, ensuring that meals are prepared and served according to established standards

• Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed, and maintaining a clean and organized food service area

• Develop and implement menus, ensuring that they meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents

• Liaise with dietary personnel to ensure that food is prepared and served in accordance with established standards

• Maintain accurate records of food service operations, including inventory, meal counts, and resident feedback

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards

Food Service Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior experience in a food service or healthcare setting is preferred

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team on weekends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
