- Safely operate facility vehicles for scheduled trips
- Assist residents with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues
- Follow traffic laws and facility policies
- Coordinate transportation schedules with staff
- Keep accurate records for billing and documentation
- Provide friendly, respectful service to all residents
- Minimum age: 18; at least 2 years of driving experience
- Valid driver's license with no more than 5 points
- Clear criminal and FBI background checks
- Medical exam and Passenger Assistance Course completion
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist residents physically
