Staff Pharmacist (Home Infusion)Salary:$110,000 - $140,000(Negotiable Based on Experience) + Comprehensive BenefitsMake a Difference Through Patient-Centered Pharmacy CareWe are seeking a clinically focused Staff Pharmacist to join our growing home infusion pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys patient interaction, clinical decision-making, and collaborating with healthcare providers to improve outcomes outside of the hospital setting.The Staff Pharmacist will provide clinical oversight for infusion therapies, ensure medication safety, support sterile compounding operations, and help deliver exceptional care to patients receiving treatment at home.Key Responsibilities• Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, safety, and effectiveness.• Monitor patient therapies, laboratory values, and clinical outcomes while providing dosing recommendations when needed.• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.• Dispense infusion medications, supplies, and equipment while ensuring proper compatibility, storage, and dosing.• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapies, medication administration, and treatment expectations.• Support sterile compounding operations and maintain compliance with USP <797> , state regulations, and quality standards.• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and team members.Qualifications• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required (PharmD preferred).• Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice.• Minimum of: • 2 years of acute care pharmacy experience, or • 1 year of home infusion pharmacy experience.• Experience with sterile compounding, IV admixtures, and infusion therapy.• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, values medication safety, and is passionate about providing high-quality care through innovative home infusion services.Why Join Us?• Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits• Opportunity to make a direct impact on patient care• Collaborative healthcare environment• Professional growth and development opportunitiesType: Direct HireCategory: HealthcareDate Posted: 2026-08-05
