Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our team at the Premier Healthcare Center located in Elmont, NY . The Family Medicine Department was officially established in April 2011 and includes four residency programs situated at Glen Cove Hospital, Plainview Hospital, Peconic Bay Medical Center, and Phelps Memorial. Our residents receive training at various community health centers and sites, supported by nearly 500 family medicine physicians who work in both outpatient and inpatient settings, as well as in administrative and academic capacities, providing care for patients of all ages across the health spectrum.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Full-time clinical base salary ranges from $125K to $750K.
• Compensation is influenced by various factors such as specialty, experience level, quality of care, academic achievements, patient satisfaction, and productivity.
