Position Summary As a Commercial Roofing Laborer, you will assist roofing crews in the installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of commercial roofing systems. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Assist with installation and repair of commercial roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal roofing. Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites. Remove existing roofing systems and prepare surfaces for installation. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Work collaboratively with foremen, supervisors, and crew members. Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion. Qualifications Preferred Previous commercial roofing or construction experience. Knowledge of roofing materials and installation methods. Experience operating construction tools and equipment. Required Strong work ethic and reliable attendance. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 75 pounds. Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders. Commitment to safety and teamwork. Valid driver's license preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing. Ability to work on rooftops for extended periods.
