Job Description Summary Operations Manager Sunbelt’s Onsite Operations Manager is empowered to execute projects so we can make it happen for our customers. The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries. Ability to travel as required to perform duties. Key Skills and Abilities Mechanical aptitude. MS Office, Outlook, Internet/Intranet, and Wynne system. Project management skills. Physical Demands The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $65,000.00 - 102,438.60 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
