Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care while building meaningful relationships with patients. You'll work in a modern, technology-driven practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Take and process diagnostic X-rays
• Conduct patient screenings and periodontal assessments
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with the clinical team on individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to infection control protocols
• Utilize advanced dental technologies (e.g., digital scanners)
• Deliver friendly, high-quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
• CPR/BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and infection control standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with advanced dental technology is a plus
• New graduates and experienced hygienists encouraged to apply
