Regional LPN Resource Nurse - Assisted Living
Midwest Health, Inc.
Klaton Consultants is seeking a Resource Nurse to support Assisted Living communities across the Kansas City, Topeka, and Manhattan regions. The role involves collaborating with Executive Directors and RCCs to complete tasks such as quarterly pharmacy reviews, admissions, labs, and PCP communications. The candidate must be a licensed practical nurse with reliable transportation and be prepared to cover for RCCs during absences.
