Treasury Analyst

Treasury AnalystThe Treasury Analyst will join a team focused on providing cash management, forecasting, and oversight as well as identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for mitigating foreign exchange risk across all NBCUniversal's portfolio of businesses including Media, Studios, News and Destination and Experiences.The Treasury department is a dynamic and fast paced organization. As such, the successful candidate should have strong initiative, high attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively in a team environment and on multiple assignments. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills and be an effective communicator who can collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and external banking partners. This role will primarily be responsible for providing operational support and financial modelling that will be utilized by senior and executive leadership for strategic planning and decision-making purposes across NBCUniversal and Comcast Corporation.Responsibilities:Support daily treasury activities including cash and liquidity management, intercompany transactions and banking administrationSupport the company's cash and liquidity rolling forecast process including active engagement with business units, FP&A and Controllership to improve accuracy, reduce variances and identify key drivers and trendsBuild scalable reporting and dashboards to enhance the accuracy, and timeliness of treasury reporting and analyticsEvaluate opportunities to optimize cash visibility and reporting, streamline processes through automation and enhance internal controlsPartner with Finance, Tax, and accounting teams across the businesses to deliver treasury services and supportParticipate in special projects to support the long-term Treasury StrategyQualificationsBasic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related degree preferred.CTP or other professional designation a plus.1+ years of relevant treasury/finance role preferred.Knowledge of banking services, working capital management, Treasury trends and technology systemsUnderstanding of macroeconomics, financial principles, and business statistics/analysis.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelingDesired Characteristics:Highly motivated with a positive attitudeThrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing competing projects and deliverables on tight timelines.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on quantitative analysis and Power BI Reporting and Dashboards, a plusFamiliarity with banking platforms, Quantum, Trax, Chatham and FXAll a plusKnowledge of FX markets, and related financial instruments.Proficient at creating managerial level presentations and analysisExcellent interpersonal skills (oral, written & listening)Knowledge of media industry, a plusThis position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000.
