Business Office Associate

New Orleans, LA (Onsite)

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Business Office Associate to join a busy office team. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience who enjoys supporting daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Enter and maintain accurate data in internal systems
• Create and update customer records and documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding services and processes
• Prepare and process paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document management, and data entry
• Support office operations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, office support, or clerical experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
• Comfortable working with data entry and managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Consistent work history and professional demeanor
• Prior customer-facing experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Orleans, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
