Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction Location: Albany Area / New York Employment Type: Full‑Time Compensation Base Salary: $140,000 - $200,000, depending on experience Performance‑based bonus and strong long‑term upside Role Overview A growing civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of heavy civil and site development projects. This is a high‑impact role for someone who understands how work gets built in the field and can stay ahead of every moving part from kickoff through closeout. The right person will be deeply comfortable managing excavation and site‑related work, staying on top of project controls, and driving execution across RFIs, change orders, permits, utility coordination, and day‑to‑day issue resolution. You do not need to be on‑site full‑time, but you do need to understand the work well enough to know exactly what is happening and what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
