Limpiador Comercial y Residencial – Especialista en Limpieza Profunda (Tiempo Completo/Medio Tiempo/Per Diem)
Estamos buscando un Especialista en Limpieza Profunda con experiencia comprobada en limpieza residencial, comercial e industrial . Esta es una excelente oportunidad para personas responsables que se enorgullecen de ofrecer un trabajo de alta calidad y mantener ambientes seguros y impecables para nuestros clientes. Si tienes al menos dos años de experiencia profesional en limpieza profunda y disfrutas trabajar de manera independiente cumpliendo altos estándares, queremos conocerte.
Responsabilidades
- Realizar limpieza profunda en hogares residenciales, edificios comerciales e instalaciones industriales
- Limpiar y desinfectar cocinas, baños, oficinas, áreas comunes y superficies de alto contacto
- Barrer, trapear, aspirar, desempolvar y pulir superficies
- Realizar limpiezas de mudanza (move‑in/move‑out) y limpiezas post‑construcción
- Seguir procedimientos de seguridad y manejo adecuado de químicos
- Mantener el equipo y los suministros de limpieza
- Asegurar que todas las áreas asignadas cumplan con los estándares de calidad y limpieza
- Comunicarse de manera profesional con clientes y supervisores
Requisitos
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en limpieza profunda (requerido)
- Experiencia en limpieza residencial, comercial Y industrial (preferido)
- Capacidad para levantar entre 25–30 libras y realizar tareas físicas durante todo el turno
- Transporte confiable para llegar a los sitios de trabajo
- Gran atención al detalle y buena gestión del tiempo
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y seguir instrucciones
- Persona responsable, puntual y profesional
Calificaciones Preferidas
- Experiencia con máquinas de piso, pulidoras o equipos de limpieza industrial
- Bilingüe (inglés/español) es una ventaja
- Disponibilidad flexible
