As a Die Set-Up and Maintenance Specialist , you will be the cornerstone of our production team, ensuring our equipment meets high quality standards and functions seamlessly. You’ll handle the preparation and troubleshooting of dies, maintaining their optimal condition.

Your Daily Mission

• Set up presses based on precise work orders, adapting and innovating standard procedures for exceptional outcomes.
• Analyze and apply all production order components effectively.
• Manage machine setups, including auxiliary equipment, verifying the appropriate metal type and thickness.
• Document and adhere to process parameters for consistent results and follow startup and shutdown protocols meticulously.
• Routine maintenance tasks involve cleaning and lubricating machinery components like shafts and bearings.
• Develop repeatable processes using sophisticated troubleshooting skills, ensuring production smoothness.
• Assess parts for tolerances and dimensions, employing exacting measures to adjust inconsistencies.
• Measure and inspect workpieces for defects and precision, using instruments like micrometers and calipers.
• Facilitate seamless communication across departments for smooth operations.
• Support continuous equipment operation and occasionally train operators in the intricacies of setup and repair.
• Conduct all activities adhering to safety guidelines, maintaining an orderly workspace.
