Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job related factors. Shift(s)/Schedule(s): Sunday through Wednesday from 9:00am -7:30pm Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00am - 1:30pm *Hours subject to change depending on business needs Unpacking the Benefits: Full-time hourly employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. The Must-Haves: Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience, Fleet experience preferred. High School Diploma is required. Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program Consistent and effective follow-up with facility personnel on maintenance issues The daily administration of fleet maintenance records, daily processing of fleet invoices, and ensuring regulatory compliance of the OnTrac Fleet Department Field telephone calls, file, and data entry Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet Paving your way to your success: You exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills. You can effectively present information and respond to questions. You can communicate effectively and interface with many vendors and corporate employees. You are able to read and apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions. You can solve problems and effectively deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. You are proficient in math and can add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You are able to apply strict confidentiality rules to daily workload. You provide feedback to facility GM’s and Fleet department regarding invoices, maintenance, and compliance issues. You focus on providing excellent Customer Service to Internal and External Customers. You are proficient in Windows applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. You demonstrate excellent fast and accurate data entry skills. Disclosures: *Washi ngton state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually. The hourly rate range above represents the national range for this position. The hourly rate range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base hourly rate offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
