About the Role:

Diamond Dental Associates LLC is looking for a friendly and experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our practice in Flemington, NJ. If you thrive in a fast-paced dental environment and love creating a positive patient experience, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims and authorizations
• Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
• Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails
• Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
• Coordinate with clinical dental staff to ensure smooth daily office operations

Requirements:

• Prior dental office front desk or receptionist experience required
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Knowledge of dental insurance billing, verification, and claims processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
• Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Professional, dependable, and a positive team player
