This individual should be highly organized, personable, discreet, and confident interacting with employees at all levels, including senior executives . a confidential priority sear c h.Key Responsibiliti esManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee changes, and offboardi ngCoordinate recruiting activities including job postings, resume review, interview scheduling, offer letters, and background chec ksAdminister payroll processes, including semi-monthly payroll, bonuses, deferred compensation, and year-end reporti ngManage PTO and employee records within the HR ISAdminister employee benefit programs, including enrollments, terminations, open enrollment, vendor relationships, and monthly billing reconciliati onServe as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits, policies, payroll, and HR procedur esCoordinate and manage the annual performance review proce ssSupport employee relations matters and provide guidance to managers and employe esMaintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulatio nsPartner with external counsel on employment immigration and visa matters when applicab leMaintain and update the employee handbook, HR policies, travel policies, and other employee-related documentati onPrepare recurring HR reports for corporate headquarte rsMaintain accurate and confidential personnel and payroll recor dsSupport learning and development initiatives and other HR projects as need edAssist with company events and employee engagement activiti esProvide general office and administrative support, including coordination with building management and outside vendo rs Qualificati onsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fi ield2–5 years of HR experie nce for a Generalist-level candid ate5–8+ years of HR experie nce for an HR Manager-level candid ateFinancial services or professional services experience is prefer redStrong HR generalist experience across recruiting, benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and complia ncePayroll experience strongly preferred; experience with Paylocity is a plus, but not requi redWorking knowledge of employee benefits and benefits administrat ionStrong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and applicable employment regulati onsExcellent interpersonal and communication ski llsComfortable interacting with senior leadership and employees across the organizat ionHighly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorit iesStrong judgment and discretion when handling confidential informat ionSelf-directed, proactive, and comfortable working independen tlyProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPo intSHRM-CP or similar HR certification is a p lusMust be authorized to work in the United Sta tes Ideal Candi dateThe successful candidate will b e a true HR genera list who is comfortable wearing multiple hats.
