HR Generalist

DKC | New York, NY (Hybrid) | Temporary — through October 2026 About the Role DKC, a leading PR and communications firm and part of the Acceleration Community of Companies (ACC), is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support our People & Culture team through October 2026. This is a hands‑on role covering day‑to‑day HR operations while our team manages several concurrent initiatives. Reports to: EVP, Head of Human Resources, People & Culture Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee inquiries, documentation, and recordkeeping Assist with payroll processing support (Paylocity/NetSuite), including new hires, terminations, and adjustments Help administer benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefits questions Support onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain compliance documentation and assist with HR file audits Assist with drafting HR communications and policy documentation Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed Qualifications 2+ years of HR generalist or HR coordinator experience Familiarity with payroll/HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus) Strong discretion and judgment handling confidential employee matters Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment Availability to work hybrid schedule in NYC office Details Temporary assignment, anticipated through October 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
