This position will report to the company’s long-time head of Human Resources. While this role will be responsible for a wide range of Human Resources responsibilities (a “true” Generalist role) – the initial focus for this position will be on recruiting, on-boarding and employee relations. Our client seeks a candidate with a good depth and breadth of Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience who is organized and has strong attention to detail. Our client seeks a candidate who wants to grow with future retirements within the Human Resources Department – the “sky is the limit” for promotional opportunities over the next 3-6 years. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of either Human Resources or Human Resources recruiting experience is required.
