Product Integration Sr. Consultant I Provides support to Allstate Regional leadership and Ivantage leadership teams to understand market results, goals and priorities for the Ivantage personal lines of business. Responsible for identifying expanded market needs, gaps and opportunities and effectively communicating all information to Ivantage leadership and relevant Ivantage team members. The role also communicates Ivantage strategies to regional leadership to obtain alignment. Key Responsibilities Conduct reviews and make recommendations on potential program launch projects that are up to moderate complexity and are small to moderate scale using accepted project management standards. Develop strong relationships with internal parties. Understand requirements (product need, expected volumes and constraints, etc.) and identify opportunities for Ivantage to provide products that support Allstate and Ivantage strategies. Identify, analyze and implement expanded market program opportunities. Identify and resolve basic to moderately complex data issues. Use data sources and Office applications to conduct research on program utilization and production trends, producing actionable recommendations to optimize programs. Act as a liaison between regions and vendor systems or other areas of responsibility as required based on the projects to which they are assigned. Forecast short-term deliverables. Analyze data and review analysis from others. Education & Experience 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree (preferred). 3 or more years of property casualty personal lines experience (preferred). Property and Casualty license (preferred). Ability to navigate data using Microsoft Power BI. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills.
