You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.Job SummaryYour Impact:Vended Services Model Transition: Drive the operational shift from transactional staff augmentation to outcome-based Vended Services, expanding subcontractor margin.Ecosystem Optimization & Governance: Manage the global Cortex & Cloud vendor portfolio. Execute vendor ecosystem cleanup, establish standardized SOW/MSA templates, enforce rigid rate cards, and host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.VMS Platform Migration: Serve as the primary business lead for the migration to Magnit VMS, streamlining onboarding, eliminating manual ELs/POs, and automating contract renewal tracking.Capacity Planning & Bench Alignment: Own subcontractor demand forecasting in partnership with regional Workforce Leaders. Cultivate strategic "warm bench" capabilities across vendors to minimize Time to Staff and support custom pricing model execution (5% CFFP rate uplift).Digital Workflow & Data Hygiene: Partner with Data and Shared Services leads to operationalize automated intake channels maintaining 100% data hygiene and skills tracking across PSA systems.Cross-Functional Interlock: Partner seamlessly with Technical Services Leaders, PMO, Sourcing, Legal, and Finance to resolve resourcing bottlenecks, manage risk, and deliver transparent milestone reporting in Asana.Your Experience:Domain Expertise: 6+ years of Professional Services Vendor Management experience in a high-growth Enterprise Software / SaaS company.Vended Services & Commercial Acumen: Proven track record in transitioning vendor models from staff augmentation to outcome-based, milestone-driven SOW deliverables.System & VMS Experience: Hands-on experience with Enterprise PSA tools (Clarizen/Planview) and Vendor Management Systems (Magnit/Coupa/Fieldglass).Vendor Ecosystem Management: Demonstrated success auditing global vendor footprints, establishing standardized rate cards, and managing Global System Integrators (GSIs) and specialized niche partners.Qualifications Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
