Requirements:

• 2 or more years of apartment maintenance experience required.
• 1 or more years of high-rise residential experience preferred.

What Your Day Looks Like:

• Responding to resident service requests and completing repairs efficiently, including appliances.
• Preparing units for move-in through full make-ready and furnishing processes.
• Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, amenities, exteriors, and parking areas.
• Supporting vendor coordination and assisting with day-to-day operational needs.
• Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance across units and equipment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience using and maintaining hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
• Ability to manage inventory and make cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Hands-on experience with painting, drywall, basic carpentry, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, and furniture assembly.
• Professional demeanor in both communication and appearance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and interact clearly.
• Familiarity with property management tools such as Appfolio is a plus.

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: 28.00 to 36.00 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Los Angeles, CA 90036.
• Minimum of 2 years property maintenance experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
