Business Sales Account Manager

We're looking for Business Account Managers to support our accelerated growth and help us sell our innovative Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Cloud Based Business Phone services over our state-of-the-art 100% Fiber Optic network to Allo’s existing customer base. This role is compensated with a base salary plus uncapped commission.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Selling a high-volume of Allo services to existing clients, including Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Based Business Phone Systems and Fiber Optic Internet. Sales will be expected across Allo’s fiber footprint (Arizona, Colorado, Missouri, Nebraska) as well as outside of Allo’s fiber footprint.* Developing and executing prospecting strategies to identify and qualify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities amongst Allo’s existing client base.* Building value in Allo’s product set via engaging client presentations* Developing deep knowledge of Allo’s diverse product set to best position our services to solve technology pain points.* Visiting Allo’s clients in-person to prospect and build relationships. Prospecting will also be done via phone, email, social media or any other effective means.* Prospect and sell remotely in regions outside of your home base via virtual meetings* Follow direction and execute best practice strategies related to prospecting, client presentations and order submission.* Attend networking events to develop relationships and expand reach.* Virtual and face-to-face meetings with clients for sales and installationsAs an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:* Work in the cutting edge, rapidly growing field of managed IT and cyber-security* Earn unlimited commission while selling an in-demand product set backed by the Allo brand, which is trusted and valued in the communities it serves* Build a network of clients, while building your personal brand to become a trusted advisor* Grow & develop your career with a company experiencing rapid growth* Learn new technologies and sales techniquesEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:* 2+ years experience in sales positions* Demonstrated success in sales roles where high-volume prospecting and self-generated leads/opportunities are required* Experience and success using CRM to track leads and pipelines while meeting weekly sales goals* Experience working independentlySKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:* Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal oversight* Relentless drive for prospecting and pursuing sales opportunities, strong work-ethic* Professional business acumen and character, including personal appearance/dress* Coachable and willing to accept constructive, straight-forward feedback* Passionate about solution and value selling and building relationships to become a trusted advisor.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Able to create and execute presentations in a professional setting, particularly via PowerPoint* Strong oral and written communications* Ability to prospect, move sales opportunities forward and close deals independently with little assistance/supervision* Understanding of telecommunications services, preferred but not requiredWORKING CONDITIONS:* Comfortable moving back and forth between an office environment, to visiting clients at their locations, to attending off-site networking eventsREQUIREMENTS:* Raise objects up to 25 lbs* Ability to operate a computer* Remain stationary for extended periods* Ability to communicate information* Possess/maintain valid driver's licensePeople are our passion.
