Represent our clients and their products or services professionally through direct, face-to-face customer interactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition initiatives throughout Arizona. Conduct product presentations, explain service benefits, and recommend solutions based on customer needs. Manage the customer acquisition process from initial engagement through enrollment and follow-up. Work collaboratively with sales and management teams to achieve individual and company performance goals. Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and account records. Participate in ongoing sales training, leadership workshops, and professional development programs. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Support expansion initiatives as Elevation Global continues to establish its presence across Arizona. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to learn new sales strategies and adapt to changing business needs. Interest in business development, sales, marketing, or account management. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required. We welcome recent graduates, career changers, and individuals with transferable experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or leadership.
