We are currently seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our Power team in Auburn, CA. Responsibilities The Construction Coordinator will be responsible, but not limited to, the following: Manage the flow of assigned projects from start to finish Work with team members to ensure that internal/external customers' expectations are met Provide administrative office support as needed Submit, track and provide status on construction permitting Update Click Schedule and Internal Work Order System Establish and maintain project schedules Assist in scheduling of outages, no parks, customer contacts, and permitting as required Assist in the development process for project tracking Qualifications Proficiency with PC computers and MS Office suite software Experience with client interfacing desired Experience with learning technical applications required Able to travel required Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal Minimum Educational Background High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA Degree preferred Minimum Years of Relevant Experience 0 - 2 Wage Range $28.00 - $32.00/hour Benefits 401(k) Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Voluntary Short Term & Long-Term Disability Paid time off Equal Opportunity Employer Henkels & McCoy West, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
