Pay or shift range: $88,000 USD to $103,600 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Pretium Packaging is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in St. Louis, Missouri and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence. You'll oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, safety, and warehouse personnel while driving continuous improvement across the operation. What You'll Do: Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, material handlers, and warehouse associates. Establish warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices. Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods. Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and workflow. Manage inventory through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes. Monitor inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners. Utilize WMS, ERP systems, and inventory software to manage operations and analyze performance. Drive improvements in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Track KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, safety, and on-time shipping. Collaborate with Operations, Production, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Transportation. Coach, mentor, and develop employees through performance management. What You Bring: Five or more years of leadership experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment. Experience leading warehouse teams and managing daily operations. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode/scanning technology. Knowledge of FTL, LTL, and small parcel shipping processes and documentation. Experience working with ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Continuous improvement experience in warehouse operations. Experience managing inventory in a manufacturing environment. Why Join Us?
