Role Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing, people-oriented Marketing Liaison to help represent our agency within the local community. This part-time role focuses on community outreach, event planning, and event execution for our State Farm offices located in Broad Ripple and Carmel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, being involved in community events, and creating connections in a fun, social environment. The role pairs especially well with someone working in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or another customer-facing position, looking for flexible supplemental income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and coordinating local community events
• Represent the agency at local events and community activities
• Engage with event attendees and collect prospective customer information
• Support marketing and outreach efforts for the agency
• Help with event setup, organization, and execution
• Track and organize leads generated through events

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with the public
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and professional presence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, serving, bartending, retail, or customer service
• Event planning or community involvement experience
• Social media experience is a plus

Our offices are located in Broad Ripple and Carmel, and we currently have a team of 6 team members.
