SynergenX Health is looking for Full-Time Inbound Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team! We are looking for people with great personalities, strong communication skills, positive energy, and a willingness to learn.

You do not need to know everything on day one we provide paid training. What matters most is that you are dependable, coachable, comfortable speaking with patients, and ready to bring your best energy to work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Answer inbound patient calls and messages with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Help patients schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments.
• Create a positive patient experience from the first "hello."
• Answer general questions and route patients to the appropriate team when needed.
• Document patient interactions accurately in our CRM/EHR systems.
• Handle multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with your teammates to keep things moving and provide excellent service.
• Assist with other customer care and administrative needs as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Call center, healthcare, scheduling, CRM, or EHR experience is a plus but not required for every candidate.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check.

MondayFriday 6 AM3 PM Includes two weeks of paid, on-site training.
