What Youll Do

• Promote and enforce a safe work environment and safety initiatives.
• Oversee material sales and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and supply chain for plant operations.
• Supervise, train, and discipline all assigned plant employees.
• Ensure plant compliance with safety procedures (e.g., Lock-Out Tag-Out) and EPA regulations.
• Conduct regular plant inspections and bi-monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain professional conduct and foster positive customer and employee relations.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety and operational policies.
