- Prepare fried foods and sandwiches following Pontillo's recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare fresh ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep.
- Operate fryers and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe.
- Work as part of a fast-paced team to deliver great food and excellent service.
Skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn and follow recipes.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience is not required.
