Greek Peak Mountain Resort is hiring Line Cooks with fast-paced, high-volume experience to join our culinary team. Applicants MUST be at least 18 years old and have weekend availability.

What You'll Do:

• Craft delicious dishes: Prepare food with precision using pre-described cooking methods and recipes, ensuring every dish is a hit.
• Maintain quality standards: Follow proper food temperature, weight, and portion guidelines for consistent results.
• Stay clean and safe: Keep kitchen and storeroom areas organized and spotless while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate respectfully: Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
• Support resort operations: Step up to assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations across the resort.
• Satisfy guests: Deliver timely, consistent, and high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more.

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced: At least 2 years of culinary experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Flexible and reliable: Daytime, evening, and weekend availability is required, including holidays.
• Energetic and motivational: Bring enthusiasm to the kitchen and inspire those around you.
• Multitasking pro: Efficient, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple duties at once.
