Strategic Client Success Manager | Renewals & Growth
Cengage Group
Cengage Group is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the United States to manage assigned accounts, build executive relationships, and drive renewals and growth through cross-sell and add-ons. You will develop strategies to achieve customer objectives and coordinate with technical support for complex questions.
You will monitor usage, adoption, and health metrics, ensuring successful product integrations and delight across the customer journey.
