We welcome you to Esri where you’ll find room for innovation, respect for your subject matter expertise, and an expectation to help our customers.ResponsibilitiesDiscover customer needs and craft geospatial solutions that cater to the electric, gas, water, sewer, stormwater and telecommunications industriesConfigure ArcGIS apps, tools, and information models for industry-specific usesIdentify and document ArcGIS Solution configuration and usage patternsCreate and maintain product documentation and enablement materials for utility solutionsProvide input into product design aspects to assure our products are simple to use and provide a great experience for our customersWork closely with customers, software development, business development, and professional services teams to define and develop solutionsDraft and review ArcGIS Solutions product briefs, presentations, and documentationDesign and author test cases for functionality, performance, scalability, and durability; execute both manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and report resultsContinually assess product quality, release readiness, and maintain existing ArcGIS SolutionsPresent and evangelize solutions to internal and external audiencesRequirements2+ years of professional experience in the utilities, infrastructure or telecommunications industries and experience applying ArcGIS to support specific industry workflowsExperience implementing and utilizing ArcGIS Utility NetworksDemonstrated ability to document and build GIS workflowsCreative problem solver and a team playerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in geography or related fieldRecommended QualificationsKnowledge of utility data management, asset management, and related utility workflows Electric utility GIS experienceData modeling experienceProgramming experience with scripting languages such as Python or Arcade Experience with ArcGIS Pro and configuring web-based GIS applications #LI-MB1#LI-onsiteTotal RewardsEsri’s competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy.
