Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience with school-aged children, specifically pediatrics and early childhood populations
• Familiarity with diverse caseloads, including moderate to profound communication needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, families, and students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students in grades K–12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
• Offer support and consultation to classroom teachers and family members
