About this role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, specializing in the identification, engagement, and placement of top-tier VP and SVP level talent. This role is responsible for managing the entire executive search lifecycle and partnering closely with senior leadership to execute effective talent acquisition strategies for mission-critical leadership roles.

What you’ll do

• Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP and SVP level positions, both in the US and abroad, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardingreadiness.
• Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to develop position specifications and create targeted recruitment strategies aligned with businessobjectives.
• Build andmaintainstrong pipelinesofexecutive-level candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, andleveragingindustry relationships.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, culturalfit, andfunctionalproficiency.
• Provide ahigh-touchcandidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuringtimelyand transparent communication.
• Carry the experience through Day 1: Stay connected with new executive hires between offer acceptance and start date, coordinating pre-start touchpoints and first-day logistics with the hiring leader's office and People & Culture so they arrive feeling expected and welcomed.
• Advise hiring managers and interview panels on best practices for executive recruitment, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence for executive talent.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.

Whatyou’llbring

• Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, with a focus on VP and SVP level placements.Technology-industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstratedexpertisein managing full-cycle executive search processes within adynamic environment that values adaptability and balance.
• Strong collaborative communication skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of executive search methodologies, assessment tools, and talent mapping.
• A process-oriented mindset thatleveragesdata to develop pipeline and funnel metrics that enable data-driven decision making and reporting.
• A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• An enthusiasm for building new processescreatinga world-class candidate experience.
• Experience leveraging ATS and CRM systems for executive recruiting.

Compensation Transparency

Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.

In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

$211,440 — $392,760 USD

Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area)

$193,820 — $360,030 USD

Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona

$176,200 — $327,300 USD

Zone 4: All other US locations

$153,294 — $284,751 USD
