Plumbing Foreman – Stockton, CA (Serving Sacramento & East Bay)

$40–$50/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of each project by safely supervising, coordinating, and inspecting the assembly, installation, and repair of plumbing systems on commercial and industrial construction, finish-out, and remodel jobs
• Lead, train, and direct a crew of journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices' day to day
• Keep every project on track for safety, budget, quality, and schedule
• Read job specs, contracts, BIM models, schedules, and drawings to plan construction sequencing, staffing, and equipment needs
• Make the calls in the field — analyze information, weigh options, and solve problems as they come up
• Build strong relationships with your crew, general contractors, owners, and vendors — because teamwork makes the dream work

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Strong blueprint, plan, and manual reading skills with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work from heights, and work in small crawl spaces (with equipment/manpower support as needed)
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Commitment to following all industry safety regulations
• Willingness to travel to job sites across the Stockton, Sacramento, and East Bay areas
