Now Hiring: Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist
Are you detail-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to join our team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
- Enter and process customer sample orders with speed and accuracy
- Review orders to ensure all details are complete and correct
- Handle high-volume data entry while maintaining quality
- Identify and communicate order discrepancies or missing info
- Follow established processes and workflows
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous data entry or order processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in Windows-based systems
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and deadline-driven
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with ERP or order management systems
- Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
