What You'll Do

• Operate fabrication machines for grinding, polishing, drilling, deburring, measuring, and light assembly
• Load materials, run machines, and offload finished parts
• Inspect parts and verify quality using measuring tools
• Perform basic assembly when needed
• Handle sheet metal and materials safely and efficiently
• Use tape measures and tools to confirm dimensions and tolerances
• Support production while maintaining a clean, organized workspace

What You Bring

• 6+ months of machine operating experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Experience in fabrication or production environments
• Basic understanding of sheet metal and fabrication processes
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent quality

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carol Stream, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
