In this role, you would set up and operate flexible packaging converting equipment in a safe and clean manufacturing environment. Currently considering candidates for all shifts | $19.00 $40.00 per hour. Job offers typically range between $19-28/hour. Willing to pay up to $40/hour for extremely knowledgeable and well-qualified candidates with experience on flexible packaging converting equipment. Compensation is based on relevant experience, mechanical ability, and shift (shift differential for working evenings and overnights)./ph3Primary Duties and Responsibilities:/h3ulliSet-up and operate flexible packaging Converting Department machines such as Totani Poucher, Karlville Poucher, Sun Centre Poucher, Deacro Slitter, RotoFlex Slitter, DCM Slitter, Stanford Rewinder, Hudson-Sharp Inno-Lok (wide and narrow formats), Sun Centre Fitment Inserter, and Nordmeccanica/Simplex Laminator./liliContinuously monitor machine to ensure it is running efficiently, effectively, and finished product meets all quality standards./liliAssist with preventative maintenance, as needed./liliUnderstand all applicable operational documentation and machine interfaces./liliKnow where all safety stops and E-stops are located./liliMaintain an orderly and organized work area at all times./liliCollaborate effectively with all team members, to include Quality Control, Catchers, Material Handlers, and other Machine Operators./liliEnsure that all company food safety and quality assurance procedures are followed at all times.
