About the Role We are hiring a Physical Therapist to work at our beautiful partner location, Pickersgill Retirement Community (pickersgillretirement.org). Pickersgill is a warm, family-focused Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) where relationships matter and teamwork thrives! In this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings, all within one supportive location. Whether you are a recent graduate or have years of experience, we welcome you! Plus, we provide all the training you need. What Youll Do * Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care * Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence * Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status * Complete documentation accurately and on time * Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals * Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust Why Join Assisted Rehab?
