About the Role

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to work at our beautiful partner location, Pickersgill Retirement Community (pickersgillretirement.org). Pickersgill is a warm, family-focused Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) where relationships matter and teamwork thrives!

In this role, you will provide on-site therapy services to a geriatric population in both skilled and outpatient settings, all within one supportive location.

Whether you are a recent graduate or have years of experience, we welcome you! Plus, we provide all the training you need.

What Youll Do

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and create individualized plans of care
• Deliver skilled therapy services that improve mobility, function, safety, and independence
• Track progress, update treatment plans, and clearly communicate patient status
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
• Collaborate with therapy team members and other healthcare professionals
• Help create a rehab program that patients, families, and facilities trust

Job Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Maryland (Or soon to be licensed!)
• Active CPR certification
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively on a team

Compensation & Benefits

• Wage Range: $40-$50 per hour (Based upon qualifications and experience and subject to negotiation)
