Physician Block Time Coordinator

Optimizing scheduling throughput, the remote Physician Block Time Coordinator will manage the physician panel and block time calendar, analyze referral volumes, negotiate physician fees, and recruit medical providers to meet regional referral needs. Key responsibilities Evaluate incoming referral volumes to identify block time requirements and manage the block time calendar Negotiate physician agreement terms and onboard new medical providers based on client needs Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure scheduling targets and client turnaround requirements are met Required qualifications Associate's Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred Ability to maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for remote work Experience in physician recruiting and onboarding is a plus Familiarity with scheduling and operational support in a medical context is advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr Dane Street, LLC
