Physician – Primary Care

Job Details:

• 100% outpatient Primary Care Physician role focused on adult medicine (patients 18+)
• Ask about a 4-day work week schedule option
• Full-time, weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities
• Minimal call obligations averaging approximately 2 phone-call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months (phone call only)
• Optional teaching opportunities available with faculty appointment
• Optional moonlighting and per diem opportunities in hospital or urgent care settings
• Easy access to Behavioral Health services, High Risk Nurse Care Managers, and Social Workers
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal
• Established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
• Continuous professional development supported through dedicated education and innovation resources
• Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license required (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
