Organizational Change Management Consultant

DescriptionTEKsystems is currently seeking a Change Management professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives.This individual will work closely with a small OCM team supporting large-scale initiatives including policy system modernization, Dynamics CRM expansion, Databricks adoption, AI implementations, and enterprise change capability rollout programs.Responsibilities include:Assisting with organizational change management activities across multiple projectsCoordinating readiness assessments and stakeholder surveysSupporting training development and delivery effortsManaging training schedules, invitations, communications, and attendance trackingCreating and maintaining training materials using AI tools such as Claude and SynthesiaAnalyzing survey results and helping develop recommendationsSupporting stakeholder engagement and adoption activitiesCollaborating with project teams, business leaders, HR, communications, and training partnersMaintaining OCM documentation, templates, and reportingSupporting enterprise-wide change capability and change practitioner training initiativesThe ideal candidate possesses change management experience, excellent organizational abilities, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.SkillsOrganizational change management, Change management, microsoft office, Training development, workers compensation, cornerstone, adkar, Project managementTop Skills DetailsOrganizational change management,Change management,microsoft office,Training developmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsWorkers' Compensation experienceInsurance industry experienceProsci/ADKAR exposureExperience with:Change readiness assessmentsStakeholder analysisChange communicationsTraining developmentOCM project supportStrong collaboration skillsExcellent organizational abilitiesSelf-starting mentalityInsurance/workers' comp knowledgeOCM exposure and understanding of change methodologiesAbility to take information from stakeholders and independently create deliverablesThis is a contract position.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, MO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
